The Ch'ŏngjin Zoo (청진 동물원) is a former zoo in the North Korean port city of Ch'ŏngjin . Here tigers , bears , monkeys , deer , birds and snakes , but also native animals could be seen.

In the mid-1990s, the zoo was closed due to the increasingly difficult economic situation in North Korea and the poor food supply.
