Two-point measurement
A two-point measurement can be:
- Creation of a linear function based on two pairs of measured values
- Two point calibration
- Determination of the function term of a linear function
- (Surface) resistance measurement or current measurement by means of a shunt with only two measuring points in contrast to the more precise four-wire measurement or the four-point method
- the determination of the diameter of an inner hole using two opposite points, e.g. B. by means of an inside micrometer in contrast to the more precise three-point measurement
