Cytocidia

Cytocidia is the medical term for the destruction of cells . This can be caused by the action of a cell poison , for example a bactericide .

Application examples and occurrences

Cytocidia occurs, for example, in chemotherapeutic interventions. In addition, various heavy metals are cytocidal substances.
