Élodie Clouvel (born January 14, 1989 in Saint-Priest-en-Jarez ) is a French pentathlete .

Career

Élodie Clouvel played her first Olympic Games in 2012 . In the final ranking she took 31st place. At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , she won the silver medal behind Chloe Esposito . For her medal win, she received the Knight's Cross of the Ordre national du Mérite on November 30, 2016 .

At the 2013 World Championships , she and Valentin Belaud won the title in the mixed relay. In 2016 she became vice world champion in singles.

She won in 2019 at the Military Games in Wuhan gold.
