Roman Empire / Parthian Empire

  • The successes of the Roman offensive against the Parthians under Emperor Septimius Severus culminated in the capture of the Parthian capital, Ctesiphon .
  • Septimius Severus places the nickname "Parthicus maximus" to and appoints his second son Geta to Caesar .

Empire of China

  • The Chinese warlord Lu Bu conquered the Xia Pi castle during Liu Bei's absence. Liu Bei then allied himself with the Chinese warlord Cao Cao and besieged the castle. Through a strategy by Guo Jia, the castle is flooded, Lu Bu captured and then executed.
