AJ Buckley
Aaron John Buckley (born February 9, 1977 in Dublin , Ireland ) is a Canadian actor of Irish descent. He gained greater fame through his role as laboratory technician and forensics specialist Adam Ross in the US crime series CSI: NY .
Life
AJ Buckley's parents emigrated to British Columbia ( Canada off), when he was six years old. He is the oldest of nine siblings and, like his siblings, attended St. Thomas More Private School in Burnaby , British Columbia. Despite his dyslexia , he was a good student, and according to his own admission, chemistry was the only thing that made him difficult. He plays drums in a band with actor Ryan Gosling . He moved to the United States for his acting career.
He has several tattoos, including one on his right upper arm. The tattoo shows the Buckley family crest with the inscription Nec temere nec timide ( Neither ruthless nor timid ). He owns the production company Fourfront Productions .
Buckley was in a relationship with Sharni Vinson , Kelly Monaco and Emmanuelle Chriqui for some time before he met Abigail Ochse. They have been in a relationship since 2010, they got engaged in 2012, and their first daughter was born in January 2014.
