Brett wants Samantha to go to the school summer party with him and they can dance together.

The next morning, Samantha actually asks Brett if he would like to go to the school ball with her. At the party that Brett and Samantha attend together, Cody looks very hurt. Towards the end of the party, Jimbo, who was also at the party, persuades a girl to have sex, but she finds it scary in the forest, so the two of them want to leave. However, shortly before driving home, Jimbo finds out that someone has stolen his pants, and he makes his way into the forest. There he finally finds what he is looking for, and only a short time later a masked stranger turns up. Jim attacks him but is inferior and is stabbed to death. The girl gets scared and sets off to find Jimbo. Eventually she finds his severed head.

Now the police officer is investigating Sparky Show with the help of the accident doctor Mrs Coroner. Meanwhile, Brett wishes Samantha to fall in love with him. Howie wishes to be a tough biker that every woman loves. When he then goes to a dive bar to prove his strength, he is beaten up and laughed at by other motorcycle rockers. While Brett and Samantha kiss for the first time, another boy is cruelly murdered. Sparky Show comes to the fall again and discovers the dead. Mrs. Coroner is certain this will not be the last murder.

That evening, Brett masks himself and attacks Howie with a rubber knife to get his wish-box back. He accuses him of wasting his last wish. Howie says it didn't work out for him, however, and Bumbers still has a chance to make a third request. Shortly thereafter, the restaurant worker and high school student Diseeri is murdered on the street.

Brett feels bad for manipulating Samantha and decides to admit it to her. The two meet in Howie's forest hut, but there are also Cody, Tony and a third black man who want to get back at Brett. At the same place is the strange murderer who kills Tony with an ax after the boys escape. The black man is beheaded. Samantha feels taken advantage of by Bumbers and, after Brett apologizes, locks herself in the room. Then Cody attacks Brett, but in a duel, Brett defeats Cody and Samantha finally opens the door for him. When the two want to kiss again, they hear Cody's death screams, the two go to the attic. The stranger wants to talk to Brett in peace, who lets him. The apparently unknown murderer turns out to be Mr Turner.

He has worked as a teacher for 25 years and can no longer look students in the eyes who ignore his words. Turner kills all the students in the class who are not listening and now wants to kill Samantha too, but is stopped by Brett. He uses his last wish to be twice as strong as Mr. Turner and eventually kills him.
