The 22nd Alpine Junior World Ski Championships took place from March 4 to 8, 2003 in the French Hautes-Alpes department , in the region around the city of Briançon (Briançonnais). The venues were Puy-Saint-Vincent , Montgenèvre and Serre Chevalier .
