Anders Walter (born February 5, 1978 in Aarhus ) is a Danish screenwriter , film director and illustrator .

Act

Anders Walter's first international fame as a filmmaker was achieved in 2011 with the short film Den Talende Kuffert . Another film 9 meters was shown at all film festivals and won several prizes. In 2014, he and his colleague Kim Magnusson were awarded the Oscar for Helium in the Best Short Film category.

Walter supports the music band Grand Avenue in designing their album covers. In this band his twin brother Rasmus Walter is the front man and singer . He is working on his next film projects in Great Britain , among other places . Walter's feature film debut I Kill Giants celebrated its world premiere on September 9, 2017 at the Toronto International Film Festival .
