Bernhard Reismann (born January 29, 1903 in Münster / Westphalia ; † January 13, 1982 there ) was a German politician of the Center Party .

Reismann lived as a lawyer in Münster / Westphalia . Since 1930 he belonged to the center. In 1933 he was a city ​​councilor in Münster. In 1945 he became chairman of the re-established center in Westphalia, and in 1946 a member of the Westphalian provincial council and the appointed state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . After the first state parliament elections in 1947, he became deputy chairman of the center parliamentary group and chairman of the judiciary committee of the state parliament. After his election to the Bundestag, he resigned his state parliament mandate on December 14, 1949. Reismann was district chairman of the Münsterland district of the Center Party and a member of the state and federal executive boards.

In 1949 Reismann was elected to the German Bundestag for the center . After the formation of the FU parliamentary group of the Center and Bavaria Party on December 14, 1951, he became its deputy parliamentary group chairman. From October 5, 1950 to May 23, 1951 he was deputy chairman of the parliamentary committee of inquiry into the capital issue (mirror committee) . 1953 Reismann left the Bundestag.

1957/58 Reismann was district president of the administrative district of Münster . In the first election to the European Parliament in 1979, Reismann was the top candidate for the German Center Party.
