Charles Debbas ( April 16, 1885 - November 7, 1935 ) ( Arabic شارل دباس) was a Lebanese politician of the Greek Orthodox faith.

Debbas was elected on September 1, 1926 as a compromise candidate for the first President of the Greater Lebanon, which was created under the French League of Nations mandate , for the period up to 1932. He stayed in office until January 2, 1934, as the French administration wanted to prevent the election of a Sunni president.

From May 9, 1932 to January 29, 1934, he was also Prime Minister of the country, from January 30, then President of Parliament - which he remained until October 31 of the same year.
