history

The CH-2 was the second helicopter designed and built by Augusto Cicaré . The helicopter was two-seated, with the crew sitting side by side. It was made of steel tubing in a conventional construction, making the tail boom reminiscent of the Bell 47 . Only during the first few flights was the cabin not disguised and then mostly closed. Only the entry openings remained open. The Lycoming HO 360 A1A four-cylinder boxer engine with 132 kW drove the three-bladed main and tail rotor . The only machine built was also fitted with spray equipment to test its suitability for agricultural use.
