Dellasega made his international debut on September 17, 2005 in Predazzo in the FIS Cup . From October 2008 he was part of the team for the Ski Jumping Continental Cup . At the Junior World Championships 2009 in Štrbské Pleso he reached 7th place with the team and 39th place on the normal hill. On February 11, 2009 he made his debut in the Ski Jumping World Cup in Klingenthal . He reached the 58th place. At the Junior World Championships 2010 in Hinterzarten he won bronze on the normal hill. As in 2009, he and the team reached 7th place in team jumping. On January 9, 2010, he won his first Continental Cup competition in Sapporo . At the Ski Flying World Championships 2010 in Planica he reached 8th place in team flying together with his cousin Roberto Dellasega , Andrea Morassi and Sebastian Colloredo . At the Nordic World Ski Championships 2011 in Oslo , Dellasega missed the same qualification for jumping on the normal hill with the 54th place. In the team competition on the normal hill he reached 11th place together with Davide Bresadola , Andrea Morassi and Sebastian Colloredo. He did not take part in qualifying for jumping on the large hill. At the Italian championships on the large hill on July 21, 2010 in Predazzo he reached third place and thus a medal for the first time.
