Dopen , spelling dO! PEN , is a German literary magazine that has been published since 2001 by a group of literary enthusiasts around Thomas Tonn (Dortmund) and Michael Steffens (Cologne). The magazine is financed through sales and readings.

With the support of the Dortmund Energy and Water Supply (DEW21), dO! PEN is awarding a literary prize , which was last awarded in 2007.
