action

The comedy deals with a very topical issue in the Paris area , then as now . It's about the difficulty of finding affordable living space, which is mainly found in the suburbs, the associated commuting to work in the center of Paris and, in general, the task of balancing all this with private life. The film is set in the 1970s and shows the stressful life of suburban residents in the greater Paris area . Most of them use public transport to get to the center of Paris to work . Some also use their own car, but are usually stuck in traffic jams. On the weekends, the suburbs are also burdened by house noise. Because work and commuting take up so much time, there is little time left to lead a private life. As a result, there is a lack of opportunities to get to know other people and thus also new sexual partners. But even married couples hardly find time for each other.
