Eric Steinberg
Eric Steinberg (born August 26, 1969 in Washington, DC ) is an American actor best known for his role as Colonel Wayne Fields (Emily's father) in the ABC Family TV series Pretty Little Liars .
Life
Steinberg's father is a professor and director of the Asian Studies Department in Georgetown and is of Jewish American descent. His Korean mother is an opera singer and voice professor at George Washington University . Steinberg attended the University of Vermont and the University of Kent in England before receiving a scholarship from the University of California at Irvine. Steinberg grew up in Thailand with his brother, who is currently a photographer. Since 1993 he has appeared in numerous films and television series .
