Ernst Reuter Prize
The Ernst Reuter Prize (also: Ernst Reuter Radio Play Prize ), named after the politician and local scientist Ernst Reuter (1889–1953), was awarded to radio broadcasts by the Federal Ministry for Internal German Relations from 1959 until its dissolution in 1991 and was worth 10,000 Endowed with DM .
Requirements for the award
For an award, contributions in the categories of radio play and information broadcast had to derive “their topic from the problem of the division of Germany and the relationship between the people in the two German states”. Demarcation
Since 1985, the Free University of Berlin has awarded an Ernst Reuter Prize endowed with 5000 euros for outstanding dissertations .
