Foema'a (Foema) is a village and Aldeia in the East Timorese municipality of Lautém .

The place is in the Suco Souro (administrative office Lospalos ), on the national road from Lospalos to Iliomar . Here is a parish center of the parish of Lospalos. Aldeia has 530 people who mostly use Fataluku as their mother tongue.

In 1993 a 15-year-old boy was shot dead by Indonesian occupation soldiers in Foema'a under unknown circumstances .
