Georges Antenen (born December 20, 1903 in La Chaux-de-Fonds , † March 25, 1979 there ) was a Swiss cyclist .

In 1923 Georges Antenen finished third at the UCI Road World Championships for amateurs in front of a home crowd in Zurich , and in 1926 Swiss Road Champion for amateurs . He then moved on to the professionals (until 1935). Together with his competitors and friends Kastor Notter , who was also his brother-in-law, and Heiri Suter, he was one of the strongest road drivers in Switzerland in the 1920s and early 1930s.

In the following years Antenen won several cycling races , such as the Tour of Eastern Switzerland (1928), the Tour du Lac Léman (1928 and 1932) and the Circuit de Haute Savoie . In 1931 he took part in the Tour of Germany , three times (1931, 1932 and 1933) in the Tour de France , three times in the Tour de Suisse ( 1933 , 1934 , 1935 with the best result in 1933 when he was 22nd in the final ranking) and once at the Giro d'Italia (1928), but without much success. In 1924 Antenen started in the street race at the Summer Olympics in Paris ; in the individual race he finished 21st, with the team fourth.

Georges Antenen was Swiss road champion three times.

Georges Antenen was the uncle of the footballer and Swiss national player Charles Antenen and brother of the amateur racing driver Charles Antenen sen.
