The award of the Golden Camera 2000 took place on February 8, 2000 in the Konzerthaus on Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin . It was the 35th award of this award. The audience was greeted by Michael Lohmann (Editor-in-Chief Hörzu ). Ulla Kock am Brink moderated the event . About 500 guests attended the event. The award ceremony was broadcast on February 13, 2000 at 9:45 p.m. on the ZDF television station. The readers voted for their favorites in the Best TV Film category .
