Gottfried Neeße

Gottfried Neeße (born March 25, 1911 in Auerbach im Vogtland; † May 1, 1987 in Starnberg ) was a German legal scholar .

Life

In 1929 Neeße joined the NSDAP and founded the NS student union in Dresden. In 1930 he joined the SA . In 1934 he became a teacher at the Dresden Administrative Academy and HJ -Oberbannführer. In 1938 he became a member of the government, then the senior government councilor of the NSDAP party chancellery in Munich, and in 1941 he was head of division. In the same year he gave lectures at the leadership school of the Reich Security Main Office (RSHA) in Berlin-Charlottenburg on party law. In 1942 he was called up for service in the Wehrmacht .

In the winter of 1940/41 Neeße read at the University of Berlin on "History, Structure and Legal Status of the NSDAP" in the context of special lectures "by special professors or lecturers" for the RSHA.
