Halvor Næs (born April 5, 1927 in Trysil ) is a former Norwegian ski jumper .

At the Olympic Winter Games in Oslo in 1952 , he jumped from the normal hill to 63.5 and 64.5  meters . With 216.5 points, Næs took fourth place, which he shared with the German Toni Brutscher .

With 877.5 points, Næs was second in the first Four Hills Tournament in 1953. This year he won the jumping in Bischofshofen with 228.0 points.

In 1957 Næs became the Norwegian normal hill champion. In 1960 he was again on the squad for the Olympic Games. At the 1960 Winter Games in Squaw Valley , he jumped from the normal hill to 11th place. In 1960 and 1961 he also won the bronze medal at the Norwegian Championships on the normal hill.

In 1964 Næs received the Holmenkollen Medal , the highest Norwegian award in skiing , which was also awarded that year to the Finns Veikko Kankkonen and Eero Mäntyranta as well as to the German Georg Thoma .

His son Bjarne (* 1955) was also a ski jumper.
