Hetepbakef (also Hetepbaqef ) is a deity of Egyptian mythology . His name means "He who is satisfied with his olive tree" and identifies him as a tree deity, whose sacred plant is Moringa peregrina .

Apart from his name, little is known of this god. He is only mentioned in a list of Memphite gods in the temple of Seti I in Abydos . There is also a statue of the god from the time of Ramses II. Its origin is unknown.

A very similar, somewhat better documented deity is Cheribakef .
