Igor Jurjewitsch Nikolajew ( Russian Игорь Юрьевич Николаев ; born January 17, 1960 in Cholmsk ) is a Russian singer and songwriter ; Honored Artist of Russia.

biography

Igor Nikolayev was born in 1960 in Cholmsk ( Sakhalin Island ). His father was a captain and his mother an accountant . In 1974 Nikolayev graduated from the music school as a violinist . Then he studied in the musical high school, where he learned music theory. In 1978 Nikolayev moved to Moscow , where he continued to study at the music high school of the Tchaikovsky Conservatory.

From 1980 Nikolayev worked with Alla Pugacheva . From 1983 Nikolayev wrote songs for Pugacheva. In 1987 the Japanese singer Tokiko Kato invited Nikolaew and Pugacheva to Japan .

Nikolaev worked with well-known Russian singers and composers. Along with Igor Krutoi and Maxim Fadejew, he is one of the most famous successful producers and composers in Russia.

First marriage to Jelena Nikolajewa (1978 to 1993), daughter Julija Nikolajewa (born 1978)
Second marriage to Natascha Koroljowa (1993 to 2001)
Third marriage to Julija Proskurjakowa, officially since September 25, 2010.
