Ingeborg G. Pluhar
Ingeborg G. Pluhar , also Ingeborg Göschl-Pluhar (* 1944 in Vienna ) is an Austrian painter and sculptor.
She is the daughter of Anna and Josef Pluhar, one of her sisters is Erika Pluhar , her husband was the sculptor and painter Roland Goeschl . After graduating from high school , Pluhar began studying sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna in 1962 , master class Fritz Wotruba , from which she graduated in 1966 . After scholarships and stays in Paris and Berlin , she began her work as an assistant, and from 1980 to 1992 also as a lecturer for the subject “Photo and Graphics”. From 1990 to 2003 she was assistant professor at the Institute for Artistic Design at the Technical University of Vienna .
In 2012, Pluhar was awarded the City of Vienna Prize for Fine Arts .
