Jewish community Dortmund

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Jewish community of Greater Dortmund has had its current community center since 1956 on Prinz-Friedrich-Karl-Strasse in Dortmund-Mitte . At the end of the 1990s, the synagogue became too small. A new building was created with a multi-purpose hall behind the administration building. It holds 500 people.

The Dortmund Jewish Community has 2,826 members (as of 2018).
