Jasper Diedrichsen

Jasper Diedrichsen (* 1990 in Bordesholm ) is a German actor , cabaret artist and comedian .

Life

Education and acting

Diedrichsen completed his acting training at the Hamburg University of Music and Theater from 2010 to 2014 . During his training he took part in several performances at the Hamburg Theater Academy. In 2013 he appeared at the Thalia Theater in Gaußstrasse as Moritz Stiefel in Spring Awakening, directed by Karin Neuhäuser . Since 2012 he has worked several times with the Hamburg director Johannes Ender . Under Ender's direction he played the title role in Peer Gynt (January 2014; Kampnagel Hamburg , in the final production of the Theaterakademie Hamburg), the writer Karl May in the theater production KarlMaySelf - Leben in Wild West Mannier (January 2015; world premiere in the Lichthof Theater in Hamburg) and the title role in Cervantes (November 2015; world premiere at the Lichthof Theater in Hamburg).

Jasper Diedrichsen has been a permanent member of the ensemble at the Dresden State Theater since the 2016/17 season . Jasper Diedrichsen played Richard Francis Burton in the stage version of Ilija Trojanow's novel Der Weltensammler , edited by Johannes Ender, which premiered in August 2016 at the Staatsschauspiel Dresden in the Schlosstheater under the direction of Ender . He will also take on the roles of Geist / Eno / Knight Kato in the children's and youth play Mio, mein Mio in the 2016/17 season .

Diedrichsen also took on some film and television roles. In November 2016 Diedrichsen appeared in the ZDF crime series SOKO Wismar in an episode role as Viktor Ahlbeck; he played the suspect at a real estate company.

Cabaret and comedy

In addition to his work as an actor, Jasper Diedrichsen also works as a stand-up artist and cabaret artist. He was also active as a poetry slammer in German-speaking countries . In the poetry slam he was vice-U20 champion (2008), third in the solo competition and winner in the team competition of the German-language poetry slam championships (2010).

As a comedian, he and his stage partner Moritz Neumeier became known in particular as Team & Struppi . From 2011 he hosted the “Team & Struppi Show” in the Hamburger Literaturhaus. In 2011 Diedrichsen and Neumeier made guest appearances as “Team & Struppi” with their program The Assumption of Power on various German-speaking stages.

Diedrichsen won several cabaret and comedy prizes as “Team & Struppi”: the Bielefelder Cabaret Prize (2011), the Munich Cabaret Prize (2011) and the St. Ingberter Pfanne (2012). In 2013 he and his partner Moritz Neumeier received the sponsorship award of the city of Mainz at the German Cabaret Prize . In 2013 he made his debut with his first solo program Weltschmerz . Diedrichsen and Neumeier performed together as "Team & Struppi" until May 2015.

As a comedian, Jasper Diedrichsen was also seen in various television formats, so u. a. in the cabaret shows Mitternachtsspitzen (WDR) and Spätschicht - Die Comedy Bühne (SWR).
