The focus of his seemingly poetic pictures, characterized by a deep love for nature and beauty, is above all the depiction of "Kaspar", who is in the tradition of the court jester of the royal courts. As the court jester once did to his prince, Kaspar holds up a mirror to the viewer and tells the truth, even if it is uncomfortable. With this, Bramer creates an opportunity to convey his ideas and thoughts in a subtle way.
