Josef Krawina

Josef Krawina (born October 20, 1928 in Radstadt ; † December 2, 2018 in Bodensdorf ) was an Austrian architect .

After attending the HTL Salzburg, Josef Krawina decided to study architecture at the Technical University of Vienna . In 1959 he founded his own architectural office in Vienna. From 1983 to 1996, Krawina lived in Berlin , where he taught at the Faculty of Architecture at the Technical University . At the end of the 1970s he was commissioned by the City of Vienna to plan a residential complex for the City of Vienna based on the concept and ideas of Friedensreich Hundertwasser . Josef Krawina lived with his wife Elisabeth in Carinthia .
