Juan Alberto Ayala Ramírez

Juan Alberto Ayala Ramírez (born November 15, 1973 in San Pedro de Pregonero , Uribante , Táchira ) is a Venezuelan Roman Catholic clergyman and appointed auxiliary bishop in San Cristóbal de Venezuela .

Life

Juan Alberto Ayala Ramírez studied at the diocesan seminary and received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of San Cristóbal de Venezuela on November 1st, 2002 .

After further studies, he obtained a licentiate in educational science at the Church of Santo Tomás de Aquino in Táriba . In Milan he completed an apprenticeship in the formation of priests and vocational pastoral care , which was supported by the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum . At the Caribbean International University on Curaçao , he obtained a master's degree in educational neuro-skills . In addition to pastoral work, most recently as pastor in La Grita, episcopal secretary and chancellor of the diocesan curia, notary at the diocesan court and head of the pastoral ministry in the diocese. He taught as a professor at the diocesan seminary and at the ecclesiastical college of Santo Tomás de Aquino . Before being appointed auxiliary bishop, he was episcopal vicar for the Espíritu Santo pastoral care region .

Pope Francis appointed him Titular Bishop of Rusibisir and Auxiliary Bishop in San Cristóbal de Venezuela on June 18, 2020 .
