Cabinet Woidke I

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Woidke cabinet formed the state government of Brandenburg from August 28, 2013 to November 5, 2014 . This was followed by the Platzeck III cabinet , whose term of office ended in accordance with Article 85, Paragraph 1 of the state constitution with the resignation of Prime Minister Matthias Platzeck ( SPD ). The previous Interior Minister Dietmar Woidke (SPD) was elected third Prime Minister of the State of Brandenburg by the state parliament on August 28, 2013 and appointed the ministers of his cabinet on the same day. The coalition of the SPD and Die Linke was continued. The only change in the ministerial ranks concerned the interior department: As the successor to Dietmar Woidke, the previous chairman of the SPD parliamentary group Ralf Holzschuher (SPD) took over the management of the interior ministry.

After the state elections in Brandenburg in 2014 , the “ red-red ” coalition was continued. The government was transformed into the Woidke II cabinet in several positions .
