Kathryn Lomas

Kathryn Lomas (born July 21, 1960 ) is a British historian .

Kathryn Lomas studied at the Universities of Edinburgh (1978–1982) and Newcastle upon Tyne (1983–1989). Lomas was a fellow at University College London (UCL) from 1989 to 1994 and again from 2002 to 2008 and a fellow at Newcastle University from 1994 to 1997. She works part-time as an Honorary Research Fellow in Classics and Ancient History at the University of Durham .

Lomas' research interests are the archeology and early history of Italy and the Mediterranean region.
