Sound forge Studio E
The Klangschmiede Studio E (often short: Studio E) is a German music studio in the Lower Franconian town of Mellrichstadt . It is run by Markus Stock , who is himself active as a musician in the groups Empyrium and The Vision Bleak . All aspects of a music production are carried out in Studio E, from recording to mixing to mastering . The studio's clientele consists primarily of bands from the Prophecy Productions label and its sub- labels as well as groups from the German black , gothic , pagan and folk metal scene.
history
The sound forge Studio E started operations in 1998. During the first productions - e.g. B. the Autumnblaze single "Every Silent Moment I Weep" - was recorded in the spring in Markus Stock's hometown Hendungen , a close cooperation with Prophecy Productions was decided later in the year, as a result of which the studio in Zeltingen-Rachtig in Rhineland-Palatinate was set up and professionalized in a building with the label. According to Prophecy boss Martin Koller, Markus Stock was able to win "a constant in terms of quality and understanding of our music productions". The first music production in Zeltingen-Rachtig was carried out in December 1998. In 2003, the studio was relocated to Mellrichstadt, from where it has been operated ever since.
