Lasbeck is a district of Iserlohn in the Sauerland and is located south of Genna on the border with Nachrodt-Wiblingwerde .

Before the integration into the city of Iserlohn, which took effect on January 1, 1975, the village belonged to the previously independent city of Letmathe and at the end of 2019, together with Genna, had 1903 inhabitants. The name "Lasbeck" (around 1500: "Lassebecke") means "Lachsbach" according to Friedrich Leopold Woeste .

In Lasbecker quarry is greywacke broken down. There used to be barite ducts that were up to half a meter thick .

Lasbeck is located on the Lenne and is connected to the national road network via the B 236 .
