The Legislative Assembly of Yukon (Engl. Yukon Legislative Assembly , fr. Assemblée legislative du Yukon ) is the legislature of the Canadian territory Yukon . It meets in the Parliament building in Whitehorse . Its main tasks are to enact new laws, approve the state budget and monitor the government.

The Legislative Assembly belong to 19 members in as many constituencies for the majority system to be selected. The leader of the majority party is also prime minister and heads the government.

The forerunner of today's Territorial Parliament was the 1900 to 1978 existing Yukon Territorial Council (Yukon Territorial Council ). It comprised ten non-partisan members who advised the commissioner appointed by the federal government . After a new electoral law was passed in 1977, the council was replaced the following year.
