Leguimea ( Liguimea ) is an East Timorese place, Aldeia and Suco in the administrative office of Ermera ( municipality of Ermera ).

The place Leguimea Vila is on the northern border of the Sucos, at an altitude of 1504 m . Here is the primary school of sucos, the Escola Primaria No. 196 Liguemea .

2828 inhabitants live in Leguimea (2015), of which 1401 are men and 1427 women. The population density is 282.9 inhabitants / km². There are 469 households in the Suco. Over 59% of the population name Mambai as their mother tongue. 40% speak Tetum Prasa , small minorities speak Habun or Tetum Terik .

Before the 2015 territorial reform, Leguimea had an area of 8.53 km². Now it is 10.00 km². The Suco is located in the south of the administrative office of Ermera. To the north are the Sucos Poetete and Mertuto , to the east of the Suco Humboe and south of the Suco Estado . In the west Leguimea borders the administrative office Hatulia with its Suco Coilate-Letelo . The Mauceun River rises north of Leguimea in the border area and then follows the northern border. He belongs to the system of Lóis . The western part of the northern border is formed by the overland road that connects the places Ermera and Hatolia Vila .

To the west of Leguimea is the village of Darhai and to the southeast is the village of Urletefoho . In the northeast of the Sucos are the place Tidir and on the southern border the village Lauabe .

In the Suco there are the six Aldeias Hatuleta , Leguimea , Pohei , Sinlelo , Tidir and Titihar .
