Max Domarus

Max Domarus (born December 13, 1911 in Wiesbaden ; † June 4, 1992 in Würzburg ) was a historian, teacher, writer and publicist. As early as 1932 he systematically collected the statements of Adolf Hitler . His source collection and chronicle of the Third Reich with commentaries on Hitler's speeches in four volumes is very well known in the Anglo-Saxon region. From 1945 to 1965 he worked as an archivist in the Graf Schönborn 's archive in Schloss Wiesentheid and Prince Castell's archive in Castell. His main work Hitler, first published in 1962/1963 . Speeches and proclamations from 1932 to 1945 Konrad Kujau used to forge the " Hitler diaries ".
