Max Engelke (born September 20, 1982 in Hamburg ) is a German actor .

Career

Engelke completed an apprenticeship at the University of Film and Television in Potsdam from 2003 to 2006 . In the 2006/07 season he played at the Hans Otto Theater in Potsdam. He then worked at the Staatstheater Kassel from 2007 to 2009 , where he performed, among other things, Claudio in Much Ado About Nothing and Ferdinand in Cabal and Love .

From January to July 2010 he played the series character Robert Marenbach in the telenovela Verbotene Liebe . From September 2010 to April 2011 Engelke was in the role of Dr. Oliver Hardenberg seen in the ARD telenovela Rote Rosen . In April 2011 he left the series to devote himself to other projects.
