Nastassja Samusevich Prakapenka ( Belarusian Настасся Самусевіч Пракапенка ; born September 20, 1985 in Sluzk , Belarusian SSR as Nastassja Samusewitsch ) is a Belarusian pentathlete .

successes

Nastassja Prakapenka has won numerous medals at world and European championships . In 2017 she was European champion in singles, in 2007 she was first with the team and finally in 2018 in both singles and relay world champion. In addition, she won three silver and three bronze medals each at world and European championships. She took part in three Olympic Games : In 2008 she finished fourth behind Viktorija Tereschchuk , who was stripped of the bronze medal for doping by the IOC on March 1, 2017. In September 2018, Prakapenka was subsequently awarded the bronze medal. She finished sixth at the 2012 Olympic Games in London , and in 2016 in Rio de Janeiro she finished 21st.
