League qualification

The Swiss League champions SC Langenthal had received a license for the league qualification. However, as it became known in the run-up to the series that the SCL would not be able to play its games in the Schoren ice rink in the event of promotion, the responsible persons at SC Langenthal decided to cancel the league qualification.
