Olga Antonova
Olga Antonowa ( Russian Ольга Антонова , English transcription Olga Antonova ; born February 16, 1960 ) is a former Russian athlete who competed internationally for the Soviet Union.
Antonova finished sixth at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 1983 with the Soviet 4-by-100-meter relay and reached the semi-finals in the 100-meter run . At the European Athletics Indoor Championships in 1984 in Gothenburg, she won the bronze medal in the 200-meter run . She was twice the Soviet indoor champion in the 60-meter run (1984 and 1988).
At the World Athletics Championships in Rome in 1987 , Antonova won the bronze medal behind the teams from the United States and the GDR as the final runner in the 4 x 100 meter relay together with Irina Slyussar , Natalja Pomoschtschnikowa and Natalja German .
