Rhymin Simon (born Simon Michaelis on July 29, 1976 in Berlin ) is a German rapper and chemist from Berlin. At the beginning of the 2000s he became known around the Royal Bunker label .

Rhymin Simon was born in 1976 under the real name Simon Michaelis in the Berlin district of Spandau . During his school days he found access to rap through the music of Public Enemy and the 2 Live Crew . At the age of 18 he moved to Kreuzberg , where he met Sido and B-Tight , who belonged to the formation Die Sekt. Together with vocal matador , he joined the group. On the tape Wissen - Flow - Talent , which Sido and B-Tight had recorded as Duo Royal TS , he first appeared in 1998 as Rhymin Simon. The rapper is also featured on the following album, Back in Dissniss . The sect were signed to the independent label Royal Bunker , which released the album Sintflows as a cassette in 1999.
