Rodica Arba-Puşcatu (born May 5, 1962 in Bucharest ) is a Romanian rower.

Arba first took part in the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow , where she won the bronze medal in eighth. Four years later she won the gold medal in the two without a helmsman . A success that she was able to repeat four years later at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul . She also won the silver medal in eighth in 1988 .
