The Route 175 is a state highway ( Route nationale ) of the Canadian province of Quebec and performs the administrative regions of Chaudière-Appalaches , Capitale-Nationale and Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean . It is also sometimes referred to as Boulevard Talbot .

Route description

The 243.3 km long rural road connects Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon , located on the east bank of the Rivière Chaudière and 25 km south of Québec , with Saguenay . It leads in a predominantly northward direction through the provincial capital Québec and on through the Laurentine Mountains to Saguenay. Sections of route 175 correspond to the standard of a car route. In the north of Québec, a 30 km long section of Route 175 is congruent with Autoroute 73 ( Autoroute Laurentienne ).
