Shaw Prize

The Shaw Prize ( Chinese  邵逸夫 獎  /  邵逸夫 奖 , Pinyin Shàoyìfūjiǎng , Jyutping Siu 6 jat 6 fu 1 zoeng 2 ) is a science award that has been awarded annually since 2004 by the Shaw Prize Foundation in Hong Kong in three categories:

It was donated by the Chinese media entrepreneur Run Run Shaw and is endowed with 1.2 million US dollars each (as of 2020).
