The 7th FIS Snowboard World Championships took place from January 13th to 20th, 2007 in Arosa , Switzerland . Competitions were held in parallel slalom, parallel giant slalom, snowboard cross , big air (men only) and in the halfpipe .

Award

The award took place on June 3, 2004 at the 44th FIS Congress, which took place in the Hotel Intercont in Miami .

60 starters took part in the competition. 16 of them reached the final round after qualifying. In direct comparisons in the eighth, quarter and semi-finals, the better ones reached the next round. The losers in the semi-finals competed for bronze in the small final . The two winners competed for gold in the Big Final .
