Czech Republic took 57 athletes to the 2008 Summer Paralympics in China's Beijing in part.

The standard bearer at the opening ceremony was the archer Markéta Sidková . The team's most successful athletes were swimmer Běla Hlaváčková and cyclist Jiří Ježek , each with two gold, one silver and one bronze medals.
