The Philippines sent five athletes to the 2016 Paralympic Summer Games in Rio de Janeiro . It was the country's seventh participation.

Men:

With Jerrold Pete Mangliwan, the Philippines qualified an athlete for the track and field competitions. The long jumper Andy Avellana was also qualified, but did not take part. The reason given was that he did not get a wildcard position.
