Stephanie Müller-Spirra (born May 31, 1983 in Erfurt ) is a German television presenter , journalist and reporter .

Career

After graduating from high school , Müller-Spirra studied at the Bauhaus University Weimar . During her studies she already worked as a sports presenter for radio. After completing an internship at KiKA as a student , after a while she ended up at KiKA again, where she worked in the “Information & Show” editorial team on the KIKA LIVE magazine, among other things .

In May 2005, Müller-Spirra became the presenter of the interactive program Kummerkasten , which she presented until 2008. From the beginning of 2009 to the beginning of February 2010 she was the presenter of the live magazine Hier ab vier . For this magazine she will continue to be available through reports at the MDR .

Since the beginning of February 2010 she has moderated the sports section of the MDR regional magazine Thüringen Journal , since 2014 also in the national MDR-Aktuell TV programs. In addition, she was seen a few episodes as a teaching trainee Laura Bach in the youth series Schloss Einstein .

Since 2011 she can be seen again on KiKA in the program Kailerei . Müller-Spirra has also been an editor and author for Hier ab vier , Thüringen Journal , MDR at 11 and MDR aktuell since 2010 . She also worked as an outside reporter on the NDR program Mein Afternoon from 2016 to summer 2018 . Since August 2018 she has been presenting the program, initially as a double moderator with Yared Dibaba , now alone as one of the three main moderators. In February 2018, Müller-Spirra also reported from the German House at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang for ARD and hosted the Paralympics in March. Müller Spira has been part of the Sportschau moderation team since January 2019 .
