Todor Georgiew Ruskov (born August 26, 1987 in Goze Deltschew ) is a Bulgarian handball player .

The 1.95 meter tall and 92 kilogram heavy Bulgarian is deployed in the right back position.

He began playing basketball in his home town of Goze Deltschew and only switched to handball at the age of 14 after his club was dissolved .

Todor Ruskov played in the 2009/10 season for the Greek club AC Filippos Verias in the first division. In the 2010/11 season he was under contract with the German club HC Empor Rostock . The second division club loaned Todor Ruskov in November 2010 to the end of the season to Bad Doberaner SV, who played in the third division. The contract with HC Empor Rostock was not extended; Todor Ruskow has been under contract with HSV Insel Usedom since 2011 .

For the Bulgarian national team , he played 45 international matches .
